qqqe Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the qqqe website accessible at qqqe.ws and any associated mobile browser interface, tools, or services provided by qqqe.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the qqqe Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the qqqe Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus funds, and winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method, net of any withdrawals and losses.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Approved Payment Method" means any deposit and withdrawal channel authorised by qqqe, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software studio whose games are made available on the qqqe Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used by qqqe for all platform operations and time-sensitive terms.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with qqqe's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and qqqe with respect to your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the registration process and ticking the confirmation checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

2.4 qqqe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the qqqe Platform. qqqe strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Availability. The qqqe Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. qqqe makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate in any jurisdiction outside its target markets.

3.3 Single Account Rule. Each player may hold only one active Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qqqe reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any active bets, and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number linked to your Approved Payment Method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). qqqe may at any time request documentary proof of identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.6 Employees and Associates. Employees of qqqe, its affiliated entities, game providers, and payment partners are not permitted to register or hold an active player account on the Platform.

4.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. qqqe will never request your full password through any communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qqqe support immediately at [email protected]. qqqe will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqqe does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits made in a foreign currency will be declined.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. qqqe reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. The amount of any applicable inactivity fee will be disclosed in the notification.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting qqqe support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your Approved Payment Method following completion of verification checks. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5.1 Approved Methods. Deposits must be made using an Approved Payment Method associated with an account in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. qqqe reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

5.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your qqqe Account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. qqqe is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, mobile network outages, or bank processing times.

5.4 Deposit Purpose. Funds deposited to qqqe must be used solely for gaming activity on the Platform. qqqe does not operate as a banking institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.

5.5 Chargebacks and Reversals. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to qqqe is considered fraudulent conduct. qqqe reserves the right to suspend your Account and engage in debt recovery procedures for any amounts successfully reversed through fraudulent chargeback activity.

5.6 Tax Obligations. qqqe does not withhold tax on behalf of players. It is your responsibility to understand and fulfil any tax obligations applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same Approved Payment Method used for deposits wherever technically possible. qqqe does not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those verified as belonging to the Account holder.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week are displayed within your Account settings and are subject to change.

6.3 Verification Requirement. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. qqqe reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal until satisfactory verification documents have been received and reviewed. Typical verification review time is 24–48 hours from receipt of documents.

6.4 Wagering Clearance. Withdrawals from an Account where an active bonus has been accepted may be subject to wagering requirement clearance. The precise wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in the bonus-specific terms at the time of the offer. Real Money Balance that has not been subject to any bonus is not affected by this restriction.

6.5 Processing Time. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of verification clearance. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your Approved Payment Method and is outside qqqe's control.

7.1 Bonus Offer Terms. Each bonus or promotional offer made available by qqqe is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are presented at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of either or both bonuses at qqqe's discretion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. qqqe actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or near-certain-outcome wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, qqqe reserves the right to void the bonus, remove bonus-derived winnings, and suspend the Account.

7.4 Void Bets and Bonus Forfeiture. If a bet is voided by a game provider for any reason (including technical malfunction, data error, or match abandonment), the wagered amount will be restored to the applicable Balance from which it was taken. This does not constitute a contribution toward any wagering requirement.

7.5 Promotional Changes. qqqe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.

8.1 Game Provider Rules. All casino games available on the qqqe Platform are supplied by third-party Game Providers. Each game operates according to its own rules as determined by the applicable Game Provider. qqqe does not modify game mechanics, paytables, or return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes are subject to the rules and audit records of the applicable Game Provider.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules. Cricket and sports betting markets on qqqe are governed by qqqe's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where a match, event, or market is abandoned, suspended, or settled in error, qqqe applies standard void and re-settlement procedures as set out in the Sports Betting Rules.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session or bet — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — qqqe reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and restore the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. qqqe is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake.

8.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. Where odds, payouts, or game outcomes are displayed or settled due to a technical error, typographical error, or data feed failure, qqqe reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds or outcomes. Players who knowingly exploit erroneous odds may have their accounts suspended.

8.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per calendar day may apply. Current limits are available within the game lobby and Account settings. qqqe reserves the right to apply these limits when processing withdrawals of exceptional amounts.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqqe Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in games or the Platform interface;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in live table games or sports betting markets;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of manipulation of sports outcomes;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqqe staff or other players via any communication channel.

10.1 All content on the qqqe Platform — including but not limited to the qqqe brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, and software — is the property of qqqe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from qqqe.

10.3 Game content supplied by third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

11.1 The qqqe Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qqqe makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqqe's total liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

11.3 qqqe shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11.4 qqqe is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, payment provider failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms limits qqqe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.1 qqqe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at qqqe.ws/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to qqqe collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

12.3 qqqe may share your personal data with third-party payment providers, game studios, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform or comply with legal obligations. qqqe does not sell player data to third-party marketing organisations.

12.4 All personal data is transmitted and stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. qqqe implements industry-standard data security practices and reviews its data protection procedures regularly.

13.1 qqqe is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity.

13.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. • The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct is suspected;
• Identity verification requests have not been satisfied within the required time frame;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to qqqe.

14.2 Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to set-off against any outstanding liabilities owed by the Player to qqqe.

14.3 qqqe will provide written notification of account termination via email to the registered address within a reasonable period following such action. The notification will include the reason for termination and information on the appeals process where applicable.

15.1 qqqe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform, unless a later effective date is specified.

15.2 Where a material change is made to these Terms, qqqe will endeavour to notify registered Players via email to the registered address at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Minor clarificatory amendments may be made without advance notice.

15.3 Your continued use of the qqqe Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or your use of the qqqe Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and qqqe, you should first contact qqqe support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. qqqe aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

16.3 Finality of Game Results. All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the relevant Game Provider's server logs. qqqe will review documented technical errors but will not reverse settled results based solely on a Player's subjective recollection of events.

16.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translated version is made available and any conflict exists between the English text and any translation, the English text shall prevail.
